She blends therapeutic techniques with functional training and Pilates-inspired mobility to support recovery, flexibility, and performance. Her expertise includes Graston Technique, cupping, sports massage, assisted stretching, and body sculpting. A graduate of the University of Houston and the Texas School of Massage, Abigail has worked with professional athletes as well as everyday clients seeking improved movement and wellness.
